How to get hereThe easiest way to get to Buzios is to take a bus. It´s a 3 hour bus ride with a coffee-stop along the way (notice some buses don´t have a toilet). It´s good to arrive at the bus station an hour before scheduled departure since the lines at the ticket booths might be longer than expected. The ticket prices range from BR$25~30, depending if the bus is equipped with air conditioning or not. You`ll see in the map our location, the bus Station and our other Hostel in BuziosThe street marked in red indicates the way from the bus station to the hostel  We have 2 hostels in Buzios TIP: When in Buzios, ask the bus driver to stop for you at Praia da Tartaruga entrance or in front of Pousada Tartaruga (red colour entrance). Once you exit the bus continue along the main road in the direction the bus was going and walk straight 50mts. We will be the second street on your right, Rua da Mandragora. Our street is a small square street and we are located in the back of the square in a big green house. References: on the corner of the square there is a big yellow hotel named Mandragora Hotel. There is also a red sign post on the corner of the square indicating our location. However, if you miss this stop you will go until the final stop which is the bus station in Buzios, about 400 meters past our location. To find us just walk back the main road until you see our indication sign. From the bus station you will pass a go-cart race track on your left side and then an ESSO gas station on your right. Once you go past the ESSO station intersection you take a left at the 4th street which is Rua da Mandragora (Mandragora square). We are located at the back of the square at number 13 Rua da Mandragora (BIG GREEN HOUSE). |
